We booked 18 cabins on this cruise directly thru MSC. They would do nothing for us as far as discounts or added ammenities for our group. They said they didn't have to give us anything. We were staying in cabin on the 11th floor with infinity ocean view boarded at Palmero with fantastica experience. Issue 1: They do not clean you window.
