I have sailed with MSC in 4 different ships in the past, Splendida, Poesia, Euribia (the best so far) and lastly World Europa which was a huge shock!

I don't even know where to begin on how awful the whole experience on this ship was. The staff was so unfriendly and always angry with everyone (guests and their own colleagues) there are a few exceptions of course but these were hard to find around the ship. It is sad that even the housekeeping staff who are normally the kindest and friendliest failed to impress us on this ship, sadly we had a cabin attendant who sometimes forgot to clean up the room and even refill our hand soap liquid, truly sad and disappointing. We didn't make a big deal of this, but you do have high expectations after receiving fabulous services on other MSC cruises.

The food at the buffet was terrible, the variety of food was almost non-existent, the same tasteless and boring food options everyday and when reequesting for a drink you have rude waiters/waitresses whom on top of their whole bad attitude don't realise that they are bringing you dirty and used cups to pour your drinks, if it wasn't for the specialty restaurants you can go without decent food for a full week, plus the whole seating arrangement on the buffet area makes no sense. Normally you would enjoy a nice slice of pizza whilst crusing with MSC, but on this ship you can only expect disappointment even on the sacred pizzas. Does any staff on board have any passion or love for what they do?, clearly a horrible management on this ship, failing to keep the staff engaged and motivated. Word of advice for them, go ask Euribia crew what are they doing and copy it on World Europa, this ship is in desperate need of better service. A "world class" ship lacking all the class.
