We booked 18 cabins on this cruise directly thru MSC. They would do nothing for us as far as discounts or added ammenities for our group. They said they didn't have to give us anything. Bad start to a cruise.

Dining room staaff was horrible. First night we didn't have enough chairs at the table. Had to wait until they found chairs.

Didn't get rolls or butter. Tables near us had their entree before we received our appetizers. Communication issues with staff. Read more
