The service, food, cabins were all great. Totally disappointed in communication. Never received the next days schedule until 8-9 the night before. Even the next morning crew were not versed as to what the schedule would be. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and we weren't disappointed, getting to sail 81 degrees north and seeing Walrus and Polar Bears in their natural habitat were highlights.
