This was our 4th cruise and third since covid. Alaska does not disappoint and we will be going back. As far as Norwegian is concerned I will need a lot of convincing to try them again. Our room was dirty when we arrived Drawers covered in dust bunnies and they were still there when we left. There were items from the previous cruisers still in the room when we got there. We didn't meet the room attendant till the third day which was the first time the room was cleaned for us. He didn't understand English enough to understand me when I was asking for extra pillows. I am hoping he is just new and this i not the lever of service that Norwegian offers.

This is the first cruise that I lost weight on because the food was just not good at all. The selection was not very good either. Worst of all was the buffet. There is no signal to let you know there is more outside which is were a lot of the basics are at breakfast and lunch like toast and hamburgers and hot dogs. If you like cookies the only time to get them is between 3-5 in the outdoor grill, they are not offered any where else.

The entertainment was ok at best and most shows were were only put on one night during a 10 day cruise.
