The ship and rooms are very nice. The staff in general very friendly. BUT,!

The customer service and organization is poor. Over priced excursions, so most book through someone else. We cruised Australia and had 4 ports that used Tenders to shore. The Tender process was terrible, wait times of 1-2 hours to get on a tender, 30 minute boat ride and then the piers were 30 mins from town. Tenders did not meet their schedules. Making many guest to miss there excursions, creating lots of frustration, loss of money and broken vacation dreams!

Arrival and departure times don’t reflect actual time for scheduling your excursions. We had to cancel 3 planned excursions and wasted 2 of our days. Read more
