This was the worst vacation I’ve ever experienced. I was told I didn’t have the free at sea package on the first day, then they wanted to charge me $1800 dollars more to have it added on. I definitely purchased the drink package when I booked but was told I didn’t. Then on day 2 we were turned away for our dinner reservation due to a time zone change that we were unaware of so we were an hour late for our reservation and were told they couldn’t do anything about it. Meanwhile there were plenty of empty tables and when we tried to explain that we didn’t know about the hour difference they didn’t care at all. No hospitality whatsoever. The following night we were turned away again for another dinner reservation because there was a dress code. My husband did not have dress pants on as we were in the Caribbean islands and he hadn’t brought long pants. He was dressed in a dress shirt and a nice pair of shorts and we were told no again anyway. When I tried to explain to the hostess that he didn’t have a pair of pants obviously because we were in 85° weather with 87% humidity and the only long pants he had was a pair of coveralls she said that wasn’t her problem. After having an argument with the hostess and her manager we left and went back to our room. At the next port I was told I would not be allowed back on the ship and they left me in St. Thomas with no way home. This whole cruise was a nightmare, the staff are rude, disrespectful, and uncaring. Don’t waste your money on this cruise line. They are the worst cruise line I’ve ever experienced. The food quality was mediocre at best and the drinks were terrible. The staff are rude and passive and they truly don’t care about the service they give to their passengers.
