We've cruised with RC three times. Our last cruise was on the beautiful Harmony of the Seas. Our balcony was nice, peaceful. The entertainment was not as good or interesting as our last two cruises. My immediate response was that we were going to starve to death on this cruise because there wasn't much to choose from. Had to pay extra for most restaurants. The common areas of the ship were kept clean. The staff was friendly, hardworking and accommodating for the most part. We felt safe on the cruise. Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed the ship and ports. Getting on and off at each port was organized. We wanted our cabin serviced in the late morning, however, the attendant said he could not service during that time because of other rooms on his schedule?? So, we only had 2 days of service and wasn't well done. Spots on the carpet and sofa. Improvement needed to food and entertainment.
