First the good - food, service staff, and drink package included were all good to very good. Now the bad - WiFi was poor at best (non-existent most of the time). Tips were included and paid for as part of the package I booked (about $350 beyond the $1,800 for the cruise) but NCL now adds $20 per day per person for an additional almost $300 unexpected service charge that even my travel agent was unaware of. Additionally, the baggage delivery to the room on day 1 was a total failure - after waiting several hours for delivery to the room I finally found our luggage about 50 rooms down the hall just sitting there. Next time I will get AirTags so at least I will know the bags are on the ship!

The entertainment on the ship was mediocre - some were good and some were not so good. The art auctions were good and we ended up buying some original art that cost us a bit more for the cruise than originally planned!

The ports of call were ok, but the last one to Victoria (Canada) was a joke. We arrived at 8pm and departed at midnight - not sure why they even stopped there but would have liked to have a full day there. Glacier Bay was the highlight - seeing a glacier up close and hearing the creaks and cracks was amazing.

Cabin Review

Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Nice rooms, but no audio options in the entertainment lineup. Clean and well-maintained cabin. Very comfortable bed.

Port Reviews

Glacier Bay

Excellent scenery and views of the glacier!
