Pool Area and Lounge Chair Management:

One of the significant downsides of the Norwegian Escape was the inadequacy of lounge chairs in the pool area. This issue was further exacerbated by the introduction of a somewhat controversial "pool police" system, wherein stickers were used to identify reserved but unoccupied chairs. Regrettably, I observed little enforcement of these policies, resulting in frustration among guests.
