While we had a wonderful time and felt safe on board, there were a number of areas the cruise line missed the mark:

1. We paid for an upgraded dinner at Teppenyaki restaurant. Of the four people in our party, there was a problem with the meals. Raw chicken was served and two people were served things they repeatedly stated they were allergic to. We even booked it for the first sitting so the grill would be clean (at their recommendation) to avoid cross contamination. Dining out shouldn't be life threatening. Despite complaining and asking for a refund, the cruise line has done nothing. We did not finish dinner.

2. None of the items in the buffet are labeled with allergens or frequently avoided items. When staff was asked, they had no idea and confused gluten, dairy, and corn, thinking they were the same. One person in our group avoids pork and shellfish and the crew was equally uniformed about this. Your competitors label buffet items with common allergens.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Picture Window

Very tight cabin. A kind bed, while nice, is too big for the room. It required climbing over the bed to get in or out of it. Additionally, there is very limited storage in the bathroom - no where near enough.
