Took tender to shore around 9am. Walked 1.5 miles to Cayman Spirits Company distillery to take their tour & tasting (cost $15pp). Spent about an hour there. Then walked over to Tortuga Rum Cakes bakery/factory outlet to learn about the history & manufacturing process (and buy a couple cakes of course including the exclusive Cayman flavor).
