We took NCL's ship tour Bruges On Your Own, which gave us about 4-5 hours in Bruges. That was perfect. The streets are a little confusing but it's not too hard to find the main two squares, just look for the huge belfry tower! We pre booked a time to climb the 360 steps up the tower for nice views.
