About Four Seasons Yachts Cruises

Plans for Four Seasons Yachts were unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show in fall 2022. The business is the all-new ocean cruise arm of the global Canada-based hospitality brand Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

With its first 190-passenger yacht set to debut in late 2025, Four Seasons Yachts will expand the company's upscale portfolio of luxury vacation and lifestyle experiences that covers hotels, resorts, residential properties and private jet travel.

Founded in 1960, Four Seasons operates 124 hotels and resorts and 50 residential accommodations in city centers and resort destinations throughout 47 countries, with more than 50 other projects being planning or under development.

The company says the new venture will bring its land-based levels of quality and excellence to cruise vacations.

The first yacht, being constructed at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, is part of a EUR 1.2 billion order that includes the option of two further vessels. Four Seasons has also partnered with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, which was founded by luxury entrepreneurs Nadim Ashi and Philip Levine. Headquartered in Malta, the company handles yacht sales, marketing, marine, technical and navigation matters, crewing and shoreside operations out of its offices in Miami.

Ashi, owner of Miami based real estate and hospitality development firm Fort Partners, has been involved with multiple Four Seasons properties including The Surf Club, Surfside, Florida and the future Four Seasons hotel in Rome. Levine is a former two-time Mayor of Miami Beach and a real estate and cruise entrepreneur.

Other partners involved in the development of the first yacht include Tillberg Design of Sweden, as lead architect responsible for creating the exterior and passenger suites, and London-based Martin Brudnizki Design Studio for the design of public areas.
